Information about cookies

TYPO3manual.se uses so-called session cookies ("Cookies"). A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to the visitor's computer. Cookies can not identify the visitor personally, only the browser that is installed on their computer and is used during the visit. Cookies do not contain viruses and it can not destroy other information on the visitor's computer. Cookies are used to facilitate the visitor when navigating on the Site. Cookies are stored on the computer and activated when the visitor returns to a section of the Website. Cookies are only stored temporarily on the computer and disappear when the browser is closed. If the visitor wants to avoid Cookies they can set their computer browser to reject cookies, and will not be downloaded onto the computer. Information on how to proceed, see your browser's help section. If the storage of Cookies is prevented, it means that navigation possibilities on the Site deteriorates.

IP addresses

TYPO3manual.se also collects IP addresses. An IP address is used to identify the visitor's computer on the Internet. We use IP addresses for system administration.
